Neyland Stadium allows one clear bag up to 12 x 6 x 12 in inches, or a one-gallon clear resealable bag, plus a clutch up to 4.5 x 6.5 in inches. Backpacks, diaper bags and any non-clear bag are turned away, and nothing can be stored at the gates.
