United Center parking and transit: lots, prices and how to get there

There are multiple CTA bus and 'L' train stops within walking distance of the United Center, including the Green Line and Pink Line at Ashland, the Green Line at Damen, and the Blue Line at Illinois Medical District. CTA buses #9 Ashland, #19 United Center Express, #20 Madison, #50 Damen and #126 Jackson serve the arena.

Where is rideshare pickup at United Center?

The Uber Zone is located at the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street (Lot E). On event days, the Uber Zone is open two hours prior to games, concerts and events and remains open up to one hour after each event. Guests access the zone from Madison Street; cars exit on Warren Boulevard.

Is there accessible parking and entry at United Center?

Accessible parking is located in Lot C, entered from Warren Boulevard, for vehicles displaying a current handicapped license plate or window placard. Wheelchair accessible seating and a companion seat are available on all levels based on availability; contact (312) 455-4657 or ADA@unitedcenter.com. Wheelchair access is available at all main entry gates (Gates 2, 3, 6, 7, and VIP Entrances at Gates 4 and 8). Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at Guest Relations booths at Gate 2 or 6. A sign language interpreter can be requested with one to two weeks notice. United Center is certified as a sensory inclusive venue with sensory bags available at Guest Relations booths and a Sensory Room located at Gate 2 1/2.
