What bag can you bring into United Center?

United Center bag policy: bag size, banned items, food and water

Guests are able to enter the arena with a small purse or personal bag up to 10 in x 6 in x 2 in. No backpacks or other bags are allowed. Exceptions for guests with required medical equipment will be provided; medical bags over the size limit must be at least two thirds filled with medical supplies and are subject to search. Locker rentals and bag check services are provided by Binbox, located in the Uber Zone near the corner of Madison Street and Wood Street. Binbox lockers are the only approved storage option for bags both inside and outside the United Center.

What items are banned at United Center?

AI glasses, including any smart glasses or wearable devices capable of recording, streaming, photographing, or using AI assisted features. Air horns or any other artificial noise makers. Animals, excluding service animals. Flags, banners or signs larger than 8.5 in x 11 in. Bags. Bottles or cans. Cameras with detachable lenses. Drones of any kind. Fireworks. GoPros. iPads. Laptops. Laser pens or laser products of any type. Masks, except medical masks. Outside food or beverage of any kind, including alcoholic beverages. Poles or sticks, including items attached to flags, banners and signs. Projectiles. Selfie sticks and light attachments. Umbrellas of any size. Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, ammunition, explosives, pepper spray and mace.

Can you bring food or water into United Center?

Outside food or beverages are not permitted inside the arena. The United Center offers gluten-free, kosher, vegetarian and vegan menu items inside.

Can you leave and come back in?

Re-entry into the arena is prohibited during all events.

Can you smoke at United Center?

Smoking of any type is not permitted anywhere inside the arena or on the United Center campus.

Is United Center cashless?

The United Center is a fully cashless arena. Cash is not accepted for food, beverage, or merchandise purchases. Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, and credit or debit cards are accepted.
