PNC Park bag policy: bag size, outside food, water and umbrellas
One soft-sided bag per person, 16 x 16 x 8 inches or smaller (purses, fanny packs and backpacks all count). Hard-sided bags are not allowed. Diaper bags and medical bags are allowed after a search. All bags are searched at the gate.
Can you bring food into PNC Park?
Yes. Outside food is allowed. Outside food and sealed water are allowed: clear, plastic, sealed, disposable water bottles up to 24 oz, plus children's juice boxes. No alcohol, carbonated drinks, sports drinks, cans, glass or thermoses. Outside food is not allowed into the Home Plate Club, suite level or Left Field Lounge.
Can you bring water into PNC Park?
Yes, a sealed, clear, plastic water bottle up to 24 oz. Refill stations are next to both First Aid stations, Sections 115 and 315.
Can you bring an umbrella into PNC Park?
Yes, but you can't open it during play. Umbrellas may not be opened during play; they can be opened during rain delays.
Is PNC Park cashless?
Yes. Cards and phone pay only. PNC Park is fully cashless (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). A reverse ATM turns cash into a prepaid card at no charge.
When do they stop selling beer at PNC Park?
At the end of the 7th inning at regular stands. Two drinks per person, per ID, per transaction; ID if you look under 30. Stands stop selling at the end of the 7th inning; the Skull Bar, Crow's Nest, Cinderlands Corner Bar, Fat Heads Bullpen Bar and Miller Lite Landing serve until the end of the game.
Can you smoke or vape at PNC Park?
No. No tobacco of any kind, including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco..
Can you leave and come back in?
No. No re-entry once you leave PNC Park.
What time do gates open at PNC Park?
90 minutes before first pitch for most games. 90 minutes before first pitch for most start times; for 6:40 pm games, 1 hour before Monday to Thursday and 90 minutes before on Friday and Saturday. Season ticket holders get in 30 minutes earlier on some nights.
