Huntington Bank Field parking 2026: lots, road closures and the rail
The lots next to Huntington Bank Field are for passholders only and open 4 hours before kickoff. Without a pass you are sent to downtown lots, many of them cash only. Book ahead on JustPark, the stadium's parking partner.
When do Huntington Bank Field parking lots open?
4 hours before kickoff for Browns games. Passholder lots: Purple Lot, Tan Lot and VIP Valet (North Coast Harbor), West 3rd Orange Lot and the Great Lakes Science Center Garage Red Lot. VIP valet, off Erieside Avenue, starts 2 hours before kickoff. Lots close about 1 hour after the game.
Can you park at the stadium without a pass?
No. You will be directed to off-site parking. Downtown has many public lots within walking distance, and many are cash only. From downtown, walk in via West 3rd or East 9th Street only.
When do the roads close on game day?
Rolling closures can start 3 hours before kickoff. The West 3rd and East 9th exits off Route 2 (the Shoreway) close. For downtown public parking use I-90 exits Ontario (171), East 9th (172A), Prospect (173A) or Superior (173C). After the game, stadium access stays restricted for at least 1 hour.
Can you take the train to Huntington Bank Field?
Yes. GCRTA's West 3rd Street Station is across the street. The Blue, Green and Waterfront Lines stop there; Tower City (all four lines) is about a 15 minute walk. Parking at GCRTA rail stations is free, and Waterfront Line trains run after the game until the station clears.
Where is accessible parking?
A limited number of ADA spaces in the Tan Lot: $80 cash, Tan Lot, first come first served. The ADA drop-off is outside the University Hospitals Gate at the south-east corner (Science Center roundabout). During road closures, reach it only by North Marginal Road from East 55th Street (I-90 exit 175).
Where is rideshare drop-off?
Lakeside Avenue between West 3rd and East 9th Street.
