Empower Field at Mile High bag policy 2026: clear bags, water, food and umbrellas
Each person may bring one clear bag up to 12 x 6 x 12 inches plus one small bag up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Backpacks, purses, diaper bags, mesh bags and tinted bags are not allowed; paid lockers are outside Gate 8.
Can you bring a water bottle into Empower Field?
Yes, one clear plastic bottle up to 1 liter (34 oz), empty at screening. Refill stations and fountains are inside. Metal bottles such as Hydro Flasks, glass, cans, coolers and thermoses are banned.
Can you bring food into Empower Field?
Yes, food for yourself if it fits in your approved clear bag. Outside alcohol is never allowed and gets you ejected without a refund.
Can you bring an umbrella into Empower Field?
Only a small collapsible umbrella, carried in by hand. Golf umbrellas are banned.
Can you bring a seat cushion to Empower Field?
Yes, a one-piece foam cushion under 18 inches wide with no cover, zippers or pockets.
Can you bring a blanket into Empower Field?
Yes, carried in by hand. Heated blankets are allowed if the lithium battery pack is no bigger than 3 x 6 x 1 inches; AA, C or D battery packs are not.
Can you leave and come back in?
No. Empower Field has no re-entry.
Is Empower Field cashless?
Yes. Cards and contactless only, including parking. Free cash-to-card kiosks are near Sections 105, 114, 122 and 133 and at the Guest Relations Centers on levels 3 and 5. Alcohol sales end at the end of the third quarter, two per purchase, with ID for everyone.
Can you smoke at Empower Field?
Only in the smoking areas at Gates 4, 5, 9 and 10. Marijuana is banned everywhere on stadium property, parking lots included.
