Is there a sun and shade map for Chase Field?

No. The retractable roof covers the seats as well as the field, so the aerial lidar we use only sees the roof, not the rows under it. Chase Field has a retractable roof made of about 9 million pounds of structural steel that opens or closes in roughly four and a half minutes using a pair of 200-horsepower motors; the roof status is posted before every home series and the roof is typically closed and air-conditioned during Arizona's hot summer months. This guide sticks to the schedule, parking and ballpark policies.
