Xfinity Mobile Arena allows bags inside the venue in accordance with league and event guidelines. Bag entry/X-ray screening locations are at the Broad Street Entrance, the 11th Street entrance and the Premium Access Entrance, for bags larger than 4.5 in x 6.5 in and smaller than 14 in x 14 in x 6 in. Hand clutches, wristlets and small purses up to 4.5 in x 6.5 in are permitted without X-ray screening but are still subject to inspection. Backpacks, suitcases and large multicompartment bags are restricted. Lockers for prohibited bags are available on the 11th Street side of the venue, priced $5 to $15 and payable by credit card only. Medical equipment bags and parental bags smaller than 14 in x 14 in x 6 in are allowed after X-ray screening.

Can you bring food or water into Xfinity Mobile Arena?

Outside food and beverage, including water, are not permitted, except for baby food and medically necessary items. Empty plastic refillable water bottles are allowed in but must be empty at entry.

Can you leave and come back in?

Re-entry to the building after ticket scan is prohibited. Exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis by Security and/or Guest Services.

Can you smoke at Xfinity Mobile Arena?

Xfinity Mobile Arena is a smoke free arena. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers, is prohibited in all areas of the arena and within 25 feet of all doors, windows, and outdoor air intakes. There are no designated smoking areas outside the arena, and under the no re-entry policy, fans who leave to smoke will not be permitted back in.

Is Xfinity Mobile Arena cashless?

All transactions at Xfinity Mobile Arena are completely cashless, including retail, concessions, parking and the box office. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Fans who bring cash can convert it to a prepaid debit card at reverse ATMs located outside Sections 122 and 214 and inside the Box Office.
