UBS Arena parking and transit: lots, prices and how to get there

The LIRR Elmont-UBS Arena Station offers about 30-minute direct service from Grand Central Madison and Penn Station, a short 10 to 15 minute walk to the arena or accessible by free shuttle. UBS Arena is also served by MTA bus routes Q2 and Q82 and the NICE Bus n6 line. Free shuttles run between UBS Arena, Emerald Parking and the Elmont-UBS Arena Station.

Where can you park for a game at UBS Arena?

UBS Arena has 5 parking areas accessible only via the Cross Island Parkway: Belmont Park Garage (Exit 26A), Diamond, Ruby and Silver Parking (Exit 26B, Hempstead Turnpike East), and Emerald Parking (Exit 26D). Parking should be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster; general paid parking on event days is available at Emerald Parking, and Diamond and Ruby lots are not available for general purchase. Parking opens 2 hours prior to doors opening and closes 90 minutes after the event ends.

Where is rideshare pickup at UBS Arena?

The rideshare and drop-off/pick-up location is on the north side of the arena, accessible only via Cross Island Parkway Exit 26D and Green Road. Guests waiting for a rideshare can charge their phones in the Rideshare Waiting Area on the main concourse by section 118.

Is there accessible parking and entry at UBS Arena?

UBS Arena offers accessibility escort services at each entrance, with wheelchairs available if needed; a dedicated entrance lane for guests with disabilities is at the far right doors of the Main Entrance. Wheelchair seating is located in sections 103, 104, 105, 109, 112, 114, 115, 117, 205, 210, 214, 217 and 222, and any guest who purchases a wheelchair-accessible seat may purchase one companion seat. Assisted listening devices are at the Guest Services kiosks, and closed captioning is on the ribbon board and via smartphone for Islanders games. ASL services and captioning for other events require at least 48 to 72 hours advance notice by emailing ada@ubsarena.com. Three sensory rooms presented by Northwell are located at section 106, section 212 and on The PitchBook Suite Level near Suite 34, with sensory bags also available at Guest Services kiosks. Accessible parking spaces are available in Diamond Parking (28 spaces), Silver Parking (28 spaces), Emerald Parking (36 spaces) and Belmont Park Garage, with ADA-accessible shuttles running while parking areas are open.
