Any bag, purse or briefcase larger than 14 inches by 14 inches by 6 inches is not allowed into the Smoothie King Center, and this is strictly enforced; the arena cannot store oversized or prohibited items. All bags are subject to screening through X-ray machines in place of manual searches. An exception is made for declared medically necessary items after proper inspection. Backpacks of any size, cinch bags, oversized luggage and coolers are prohibited regardless of size.

Outside food and drink. Poles and sticks. Projectiles. Selfie sticks. Stickers. Drones. Whistles. Unauthorized marketing, soliciting or vending. Video and audio recording devices, including GoPros. Weapons.

There are no designated smoking locations inside the Smoothie King Center.

Is Smoothie King Center cashless?

The Smoothie King Center is a cashless operation covering all concessions, merchandise and parking; cash is not accepted at any parking, retail or concession location. Guests may convert cash to a MasterCard at Sections 108 and 310.
