SAP Center parking and transit: lots, prices and how to get there

San Jose Diridon Station is located directly across from SAP Center, providing Caltrain, Amtrak, ACE and VTA light rail and bus connections.

Where can you park for a game at SAP Center?

Parking lots typically open two hours before the event start. There are over 3,000 parking spaces within a 1/3-mile radius of SAP Center, with approximately 1,500 spaces on-site in the main lot next to the arena (entry from Santa Clara Street or Julian Street). San Jose Sharks season ticket holders may purchase prepaid parking before the season starts, guaranteeing a space in the onsite ABC Lot. General parking space is limited; drivers without a pass may be redirected to an off-site lot. (source)

Is there accessible parking and entry at SAP Center?

Accessible seating with companion seats is available in various locations throughout the arena bowl and can be purchased in advance through Ticketmaster or at the SAP Center Ticket Office, which is open on event days two hours before the start of each event. Guests needing a manual wheelchair can request an escort at the North or South entrance or at an Information Desk; escorts assist to and from seats before and after the event, and wheelchairs are in limited supply and not available for rental for the full event. Mobility devices can be checked at the Event Office near Section 128 or near the North Entrance. Accessible parking is available in Lot ABC on a first-come, first-served basis for guests displaying a valid placard or license plate, with an accessible drop-off/pick-up area on Montgomery Street and at the North Entrance curb in Lot B. Accommodation requests can be directed to Guest Services at (408) 287-7070 or SAPguestservice@sapcenter.com. (source)
