Tailgating is permitted in parking lots, which open 8 hours prior to kickoff (no earlier than 8 a.m.). Only propane grills may be used; charcoal grills and deep fryers are prohibited on University property, and grilling in parking structures is prohibited. Glass containers and kegs are prohibited. Stand-alone or excessively loud/amplified speakers, live bands, and DJs are prohibited. Drones are strictly prohibited on campus. Golf carts, mopeds, scooters, ATVs, and hoverboards are not permitted. Recreational fires are allowed only in a commercially manufactured portable outdoor fireplace with a screen, not within 25 feet of a structure, and must be constantly attended.
Is there a sun and shade map for Ross-Ade Stadium?
Not yet. The south end zone was rebuilt for 2023, after the newest lidar survey was flown in 2018, so a model from it would show the old south end. We only publish seat and sun data measured from a survey of the stands as they are now, so this guide sticks to the schedule, parking and stadium policies until a newer survey is flown.
