Rice-Eccles Stadium parking, free transit and tailgating 2026
TRAX, UTA buses and FrontRunner are free on game day with a valid Utah football ticket, and the Stadium TRAX station is just west of the stadium. Game-day parking passes can be bought on arrival in Lots 27, 32, 39 and 46.
When do parking lots open?
Four to five hours before kickoff; Signature and tailgate lots open at 6 am.
Where can you tailgate?
Only in designated lots. No alcohol, RVs, trailers or tailgating in Lots 15, 18 or 19.
Where is accessible parking?
Lot 27, off Wasatch Drive north of the Eccles Broadcast Center, next to a TRAX station. TRAX is recommended for fans seated on the west side, the ADA shuttle for the east side.
Where is rideshare pickup?
Lyft picks up on 500 South just southwest of the stadium; other rideshares on 1300 East between the S.J. Quinney College of Law and Presidents Circle.
Is there a bus after the game?
Yes. A postgame bus runs from the stadium to the Court House TRAX station.
