What bag can you bring into Paycom Center?

All bags will be searched upon entry. Bags smaller than 6 in x 9 in x 2 in are allowed, including clear bags. All items, including those for autographs, must be 6 in x 9 in x 2 in or smaller. If a prohibited item is revealed during a search, the guest may return it to their vehicle or it will be confiscated; Paycom Center does not safeguard personal belongings.

What items are banned at Paycom Center?

Weapons of any kind, concealed or unconcealed, including knives, mace, blades, tasers/stun guns, pepper spray, bats, clubs, and tools. Bags larger than 6 in x 9 in x 2 in. Large banners and flags on poles or sticks, or larger than 11 in x 17 in. Cameras with professional/interchangeable/detachable lenses or lenses greater than 3 inches in length. Audio/visual recording devices, including GoPro, Google Glass and similar devices. Poles, selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, and missile-like objects that can be thrown. iPads, tablets, or laptops. Outside food and beverage. Chains of any kind, including wallet or pocket chains. Wrapped gifts of any kind. Laser pens/pointers or similar devices. Balloons, beach balls, and frisbees. Fireworks. Aerosol cans. Whistles, foghorns/airhorns, plastic horns, or noisemakers of any type. Drones or any other model aircraft. Hazardous materials. Illegal substances. Hoverboards, Segways, or similar non-medically necessary mobility apparatus. Hard-sided containers, such as insulated cups or mugs.

Can you bring food or water into Paycom Center?

Outside food and beverage are prohibited. Guests who need to bring food for medical reasons may email the venue in advance for assistance.

Can you leave and come back in?

For your safety, once a person exits Paycom Center, re-entry is prohibited.

Can you smoke at Paycom Center?

Paycom Center is a smoke-free environment under Oklahoma City Ordinance No. 25,294. Smoking is prohibited on all city property including the arena, and the use of e-cigarettes, vaporizers, and similar products is also prohibited.

Is Paycom Center cashless?

Paycom Center is a cashless venue; cards are accepted throughout the arena. Guests can exchange cash for a Mastercard prepaid card at Reverse ATMs located at the Northeast Entrance by Section 106, the Northwest Entrance by Michelob Ultra Club, and Section 311/312. Cards can be loaded for any denomination between $20 and $500 with no activation fee.
