Valley Metro Rail serves the arena. Southbound riders exit at Downtown Phoenix Hub - 1st Ave platform (about 0.3 mile walk) or transfer at the Jefferson St platform and exit at 3rd St/Jefferson. Northbound riders exit at Downtown Phoenix Hub - Central Ave platform or transfer at Jefferson St platform. Westbound riders exit at 3rd St/Washington. Light rail fare is included with a game or event ticket.

What bag can I bring?

Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive without a bag for the fastest entry. Small clutches and crossbody bags are permitted. Purses, medical bags and diaper bags are allowed if they comply with the 14 inch x 14 inch x 6 inch size limit and will go through additional screening. Standard backpacks are not permitted, with exceptions for single-compartment drawstring bags that meet NBA and arena size requirements and media backpacks screened at the media entrance.
