What bag can you bring into Mortgage Matchup Center?

Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive without a bag for the fastest entry. Small clutches and crossbody bags are permitted. Purses, medical bags and diaper bags are allowed if they comply with the 14 inch x 14 inch x 6 inch size limit and will go through additional screening. Standard backpacks are not permitted, with exceptions for single-compartment drawstring bags that meet NBA and arena size requirements and media backpacks screened at the media entrance. Guests with no bag or a clutch smaller than 4 inches x 6 inches can use the Evolv express entry lanes.

What items are banned at Mortgage Matchup Center?

Backpacks, except single-compartment drawstring bags meeting NBA/arena size requirements and screened media backpacks. Banners, signs and posters that are not flame-retardant, hand-held or that disrupt other guests. Bottles, cans and coolers (sealed water bottles may be permitted for certain events). Professional cameras, video or audio recording devices, including GoPros. Fireworks or pyrotechnics of any kind. Illegal substances or any item deemed dangerous by arena management. Laser pointers. Outside food or beverages. Whistles, horns, foghorns, airhorns, vuvuzelas, didgeridoos or other artificial noise makers. Weapons of any kind, including knives of any size. Mace or pepper spray of any size. Computers or laptops; tablets larger than 8 inches, or any tablet during concerts and certain events. Halloween-style masks worn upon entry or in concourses. Can you bring food or water into Mortgage Matchup Center?

Outside food and beverages, including coolers, bottles and cans, are not permitted. For Phoenix Suns and Mercury home games, each guest may bring one sealed plastic water bottle. Baby bottles and formula are allowed.

Can you leave and come back in?

Re-entry is not permitted for any games, concerts or events at Mortgage Matchup Center.

Is Mortgage Matchup Center cashless?

Mortgage Matchup Center is a fully cashless environment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Cash can be converted into a prepaid Mastercard at reverse ATM locations near the Ticket Office and Section 218.
