Kaseya Center is directly served by the Miami Metrorail at Government Center station via free transfers to Metromover Omni Loop, providing direct service to Freedom Tower station and Park West station, within walking distance. It is also within walking distance of the Historic Overtown/Lyric Theatre station. Trains run from 5:00 AM to midnight, seven days a week, with service possibly extended to 1:00 AM after special events.

Where can you park for a game at Kaseya Center?

Kaseya Center has 939 parking spaces, reserved for premium seat and Dewar's 12 Clubhouse ticket holders during Heat games. Fewer parking options in the immediate area are available as downtown Miami develops; patrons are strongly advised to consider alternative parking options within convenient walking distance of the arena. Is there accessible parking and entry at Kaseya Center?

Assistive Listening Devices are available at Guest Experience 103 or 322, free of charge, with a valid driver's license or picture ID required as a deposit. Disabled and Accessible Seating is available in all ticket price categories, based on availability, with companion seats available for purchase with each disabled seat. Sign Language Interpreters should be requested through the Guest Experience Department at least two weeks prior to an event by calling 786-777-1237 or emailing guestexperience@heat.com. All public restrooms are accessible. Complimentary wheelchair escorts are available to and from seating locations; guests may request assistance by visiting Guest Experience at Section 103 or speaking with a representative at any gate. Kaseya Center partners with KultureCity to offer sensory bags at Guest Experience Booths (Sections 103, 306, 322, 400 East Balcony, 400 West Balcony) and a Sensory Room on the Mezzanine Level, directly across from Elevators 1 and 2.
