What bag can you bring into Highmark Stadium?

The Buffalo Bills encourage fans not to bring any bags. Permitted bags are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags no larger than 12 in x 6 in x 12 in, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, or a small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand (4.5 in x 6.5 in), with or without a handle or strap, carried along with one of the clear bag options. All bags are subject to search.

What items are banned at Highmark Stadium?

Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances. Animals, with the exception of service animals for guests with disabilities. Clutch bags larger than 4.5 in x 6.5 in. Beach balls, footballs, balls, inflatable devices including balloons. Bottles, cans, thermoses, and other beverage containers. Cameras with lenses longer than six inches, video cameras, monopods and tripods. Clothing or material with profane language or obscene graphics or anything political in nature. Drones and unmanned aircraft devices. Fireworks. Headwear or clothing that may impede the view of guests. Laptop computers, radios. Laser pointer devices, noisemakers. Promotional materials not approved by the Bills. Seat cushions larger than 15 in x 15 in or that contain armrests, zippers, pockets, flaps or metal backs. Selfie sticks, sticks or poles. Strollers. Tobacco products including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, chewing tobacco, nicotine pouches, lighters and matches. Umbrellas. Weapons including knives, box cutters, and firearms.

Can you bring food or water into Highmark Stadium?

No outside beverages of any kind, including bottles, cans, and thermoses, are permitted inside Highmark Stadium. Guests may refill a purchased water bottle at Water Filling Stations throughout the stadium, and complimentary water cups are available at Guest Experience booths and at several bar locations.

Are umbrellas allowed at Highmark Stadium?

Umbrellas are a prohibited item and are not permitted inside Highmark Stadium.

Can you leave and come back in?

Once a guest's ticket has been scanned, re-entry to Highmark Stadium is prohibited. Guests who leave the stadium may not re-enter using the same event ticket. Re-entry to premium areas is permitted for appropriately ticketed guests with a wristband.

Can you smoke at Highmark Stadium?

Highmark Stadium is a smoke-free facility. There are no designated smoking areas inside the stadium, and tobacco products including cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, chewing tobacco, nicotine pouches, lighters, and matches are prohibited.

Is Highmark Stadium cashless?

All points of sale at Highmark Stadium, including parking, retail, concessions, and the 50/50 raffle, are completely cashless. Guests can pay with debit or credit cards or mobile wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Samsung Pay. Two Reverse ATM cash-to-card kiosks are located inside Entry 8 and next to the Guest Experience Booth in Section 341.
