Where can you park for a game at Frost Bank Center?

Frost Bank Center offers on-site parking in Red, Silver, Black, Orange and Teal lots, with prices and availability varying by event. Guests are encouraged to pre-purchase parking online through Ticketmaster; the venue is cashless, so onsite parking transactions require debit/credit cards or tap-to-pay. Designated accessible parking spaces are available in each of the lots.

Where is rideshare pickup at Frost Bank Center?

After events, guests should exit near Section 125 and meet their driver in the designated Passenger & Rideshare Pick-Up Zone located in Pink Lot. Pick-up on surrounding streets is prohibited.

Is there accessible parking and entry at Frost Bank Center?

Accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena. All main entrances are ADA-compliant, and elevators are located at all major entry points. Designated accessible parking spaces are available in the Red, Silver, Black, Orange and Teal lots with a valid ADA placard or license plate. KultureCity Sensory Bags, including noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools and communication cue cards, can be checked out at Guest Services in Section 101 (Plaza Level) and Section 207 (Balcony Level) with valid ID. A Sensory Room is available on the Balcony Level in Section 230. Service animals are welcome under ADA guidelines, and a service animal relief area is located near the Ultra Club entrance. Courtesy wheelchairs are available upon request from ushers or Guest Services.
