When do the gates open at EverBank Stadium?

Gate 1 presented by Hyundai and Gate 4 for the Fan Entertainment Zone open three hours prior to kickoff. Gate 3, presented by UF Health, the Gallagher East and West Club entrances and the entire seating bowl open two hours prior to kickoff. What is changing at EverBank Stadium in 2026?

In the 2026 season, EverBank Stadium capacity is decreased to 42,465 after permanent seat removal and temporary seating installation as part of the Stadium of the Future construction. Of the 27,308 seats offline in 2026, 22,005 are in the upper bowl (400 Level); other impacted seating includes the 200 Level corners, select North End Zone rows, lower-level South End Zone and Club seats, and the Terrace Suite, and the North End Zone spa deck and Sky Patio are also closed. Is there a sun and shade map for EverBank Stadium?

Not yet. The stadium is being rebuilt as the Stadium of the Future through 2028, so the stands are changing season by season and no survey shows them as they are now. We only publish seat and sun data measured from a survey of the stands as they are now, so this guide sticks to the schedule, parking and stadium policies until a newer survey is flown.

• Bags: EverBank Stadium follows the NFL Clear Bag policy and strongly encourages guests not to bring any bag at all. Permitted items are a bag that is clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and does not exceed 12 in x 6 in x 12 in, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, or a small clutch bag no larger than 4.5 in x 6.5 in carried along with one of the clear bag options. All other bags are strictly prohibited. Fan lockers are available for use at Gate 1. Medical exceptions require a form submitted in advance or a request to a gate supervisor on game day. Bag policy.
• Payment: EverBank Stadium is a cashless venue. Cash is not accepted for any purchases and all ATMs have been removed from the premises. Fixed points of sale accept credit cards and tap or scan payment options including Apple, Google, and Samsung Pay. Guests with cash needing to convert to card can visit the nearest Guest Services location near section 123.
• Getting there: The Jacksonville Transportation Authority operates Gameday Xpress bus service for Jaguars home games, with pickup lots in downtown and suburban areas of Jacksonville. Passes must be purchased in advance on the MyJTA app, and all pickup lots transport riders to the Gameday Xpress service lot adjacent to the East gates at EverBank Stadium. Parking and transit.
• Food: Outside food is permitted for Jacksonville Jaguars home games provided it is unwrapped and placed inside a one-gallon clear plastic bag no larger than 11 in x 11 in, and is subject to visual inspection. Guests are permitted to bring two factory sealed 16.9 oz water bottles into EverBank Stadium on game day.
