WeGo Public Transit operates many lines into and out of downtown, including Route 18, which runs to and from Nashville International Airport on an express route. The fare is $2 one-way. WeGo Central, the main transit hub, is located downtown.

Accessible entrances are located at the Nissan Main Entrance at 5th Avenue and Broadway, the Nissan SoBro Entrance at 5th Avenue and Demonbreun, and all five entry points in the 6th Avenue Parking Garage. Accessible parking is available in the 6th Avenue Garage on a first-come, first-served basis for vehicles displaying a valid disability placard or plate. Courtesy assisted listening devices are available at the Guest Services Center built by Cabinets To Go near Section 103, with a photo ID held as collateral. Sign interpreters are available upon request with at least two weeks' advance notice via an online request form. Bridgestone Arena is certified sensory inclusive through a partnership with KultureCity, offering sensory bags at the Guest Services Center near Section 103.
