The Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC), at 2626 East Katella Avenue, is a short walk from the stadium and connects Metrolink and Amtrak trains, OCTA buses and taxis. Metrolink riders can reach ARTIC via the Orange County Line and enter the stadium parking lot through the Douglass Road gate. The Orange County Transportation Authority also runs bus service to the ballpark.

The rideshare pick-up and drop-off zone is located in the parking lot directly in front of Gate 1, near the City National Grove of Anaheim building. (source)
Is there accessible parking and entry at Angel Stadium?
Angel Stadium provides accessible parking in the lots surrounding Gates 1 through 6 and at the Home Plate Gate for guests with a valid disability parking permit or plate. Accessible seating, including wheelchair, semi-ambulatory and companion tickets, is available throughout the ballpark. All gates offer an accessible entry door, and escalators near Gates 1 and 4 reverse direction in the seventh inning to speed up exits. Complimentary wheelchair escort service from the gate to a guest's seat is available on request, and assistive listening devices can be rented at the Guest Relations office at Section 133. (source)
