Villanova Stadium bag policy: bag size, banned items, food and water

Clear bags measuring 12 in x 6 in x 12 in are permitted, as well as fanny packs, hand clutches, wristlets, and small purses that do not exceed 4.5 in x 6.5 in. Backpacks, suitcases, and large multicompartment bags are restricted. All bags are subject to search and must be tagged for entry.

What items are banned at Villanova Stadium?

Weapons, guns, knives, chains, tasers, firearms. Self-defense sprays, mace, pepper spray. Explosives, fireworks, ammunition. Fuels, torches, lighter fluid. Hazardous items, chemicals, paint thinners. Razor type blades, box cutters, scissors. Projectiles, frisbees, beach balls, balloons. Alcohol, illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia. Drones. Laser pointers. Aerosol cans or noisemaking devices such as whistles, foghorns, air horns, and vuvuzelas. Hoverboards and skateboards. Video and audio recording devices. Selfie sticks, telescopic devices, tripods, poles. Pets other than service animals. Outside food and beverage (except baby food and medically necessary items). Coolers, hydration packs, cans.

Can you bring food or water into Villanova Stadium?

Outside food and beverage are prohibited, except baby food and medically necessary items; refillable water bottles are allowed but must be empty.

Can you leave and come back in?

Re-entry to the venue after ticket scan is prohibited. Requests for exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis by security or guest services.

Can you smoke at Villanova Stadium?

Villanova Athletics facilities are smoke-free venues. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes and vaporizers, is prohibited in all areas, and there are no designated smoking areas outside the facility.

Is Villanova Stadium cashless?

The box office is cashless on gameday at Villanova Stadium and does not accept Venmo or Apple Pay; credit or debit cards are accepted with an additional processing fee.
