TriMet MAX Blue, Green, Red and Yellow light rail lines serve the Rose Quarter; Blue, Green and Red lines stop at Rose Quarter Transit Center and the Yellow line stops at Interstate/Rose Quarter. Bus lines 4, 8, 35, 44, 77 and 85 also stop at the Rose Quarter Transit Center, next to the arena complex. TriMet runs extra MAX service on game days; all trips require paid fare.

Wheelchair accessible seating is available on the main level of Veterans Memorial Coliseum, with up to 3 companion seats purchasable per accessible seat. The Guest Information Booth at Entry CC assists with wheelchair escorts and Assisted Listening Devices, which are also available free of charge with valid ID. ASL interpreters must be requested in writing at least 2 weeks before an event via the Rose Quarter Box Office. Sensory bags, including noise-cancelling headphones and fidget toys, are available at the Guest Services desk near Entry CC for guests with sensory needs.
