Upstate Medical University Arena bag policy: bag size, banned items, food and water
A clear-bag policy limits the size and type of bags brought into events. Approved bags are clear bags made of plastic, vinyl or PVC not exceeding 12 in x 6 in x 12 in, a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag, or a small clutch bag approximately the size of a hand. Prohibited items include purses larger than a clutch bag, backpacks, briefcases, computer bags, fanny packs, camera cases and any bag larger than the permitted size. Metal detector screening and a search of all items take place at venue entrances, and there are no provisions to store prohibited bags.
