University Stadium parking and transit: lots, prices and how to get there

Is there accessible parking and entry at University Stadium?
There are nearly 200 wheelchair spaces in University Stadium, located on the upper west concourse level, the east mid-concourse level and at the north end. Two elevators are located on the west side of the stadium near Gate 3, and wheelchair spaces on the west side are reached by the elevator near the press box. Spaces on the north side are at ground level.
