Plan parking before game day.

Is there accessible parking and entry at Truist Arena?

Accessible seating is available for all events, including wheelchair-accessible seats in all price levels with up to three companion tickets per wheelchair-accessible ticket; guests should request accessible seating when purchasing tickets. Accessible parking spaces are located in the adjacent surface lot (Lot O) and in the Welcome Center Garage, requiring a valid disabled parking placard; access the campus from Nunn Drive. Patrons with disabilities may be dropped off at the drop-off circle in front of the arena. Amplification devices for hearing-impaired guests can be requested at least one week in advance by calling (859) 292-2889, and sign language interpretation can be requested at least three weeks in advance. Wheelchair assistance to and from seats is available on a first-come, first-served basis through Guest Services. Baby changing stations are available in most public restrooms. (source)
