What has changed at Toyota Stadium recently?

Toyota Stadium is undergoing a phased $191 million redevelopment that began in 2025; the rebuilt East Side reopened to fans on September 6, 2026, while the North and West sides remain closed for construction with capacity held near 11,000, ahead of a planned stadium-wide capacity of 23,900 by 2028. Is there a sun and shade map for Toyota Stadium?

Not yet. The stadium is being rebuilt side by side until 2028, so no aerial survey shows the stands as they will be. We only publish seat and sun data measured from a survey of the stands as they are now, so this guide sticks to the schedule, parking and stadium policies until a newer survey is flown.

Before you go

Bags: Approved bags are clear plastic and no larger than 14 in x 14 in x 6 in (clear plastic tote bags are sold at the Fan Shop), a small clutch or cross-body bag up to 5.5 in x 8.5 in, a clear cinch bag or fanny pack smaller than 14 in x 16 in, or a one-gallon clear plastic freezer bag. Backpacks, briefcases, camera bags, cinch bags, large clutches, computer cases, coolers, luggage, purses, oversized tote or mesh bags, seat cushions with backs, and tinted or printed plastic bags are not approved. Medical and childcare tote bags are exempt and must enter via Gate D, Gate E, or Gate G. Bag policy.
Payment: All purchases, including concessions and merchandise, are contactless and cashless.
Getting there: Toyota Stadium parking lots normally open 3 hours prior to kickoff for FC Dallas matches; all parking payments are cashless only. Parking and transit.
Food: Outside food and beverage of any kind is prohibited.
