PNC Field bag policy: bag size, banned items, food and water

Clear bags (plastic, vinyl, or PVC) are welcome and move through entry gates quickly. Non-transparent bags, including purses, backpacks and totes, are permitted but subject to inspection by security at entry. Medical bags and diaper bags are always welcome.

What items are banned at PNC Field?

Lawn chairs. Firearms, knives, mace or weapons of any kind. Alcohol, illegal drugs, glass, metal cans or coolers. Air horns. Drones. Laser pointers. Aerosol cans, including spray sunscreens. Roller blades, roller skates, wheeled shoes, skateboards, bicycles or scooters.

Can you bring food or water into PNC Field?

Fans are permitted to bring one unopened 20 oz. bottle of water into PNC Field. Refillable water bottles are permitted but must be empty when entering.

Are umbrellas allowed at PNC Field?

Umbrellas are permitted into PNC Field but may not have a pointed end.

Can you smoke at PNC Field?

PNC Field is a smoke-free facility. Designated smoking areas are available in three spots around PNC Field by exit points. Vaping is not permitted except in designated smoking areas.

Is PNC Field cashless?

PNC Field is a fully cashless facility, accepting credit and debit cards. Concessions and merchandise stands also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay. Gift cards can be purchased with cash at the SWB Team Store.
