PeoplesBank Arena bag policy: bag size, banned items, food and water

Large bags, backpacks, luggage, laptops, tablets/iPads, coolers, parcels, briefcases and like articles are strictly prohibited. All guests are subject to a search of their person and possessions; handbags of normal size may be allowed entry after such search. Diaper and medical bags are allowed and will be searched upon entry. There is no storage or check-in area for prohibited items.

What items are banned at PeoplesBank Arena?

Weapons of any kind, including guns, knives, multi-tools, chains, spikes, projectiles, tasers, mace/pepper spray. Pets other than service animals. Large bags, backpacks or briefcases. Outside food and/or beverages. Balloons. Alcoholic beverages, drugs or other illegal substances. Laptop computers and/or tablets. Professional cameras, cameras with detachable lenses, audio/video equipment. Skateboards, Heelys, hoverboards, rollerblades, scooters or bicycles. Drones. Sticks or poles of any size. Selfie sticks, monopods and/or tripods. Umbrellas of any kind including golf umbrellas. Laser pointers or similar items. Artificial noisemakers of any kind. Glow sticks or glow jewelry. Large banners or signs attached to a stick or pole. Inappropriate attire or full facial coverings such as masks. (source)

Can you bring food or water into PeoplesBank Arena?

The PeoplesBank Arena has exclusivity over all food and beverages consumed in the building; no outside food or beverages are permitted. Guests with a medical condition or specific dietary need may contact the Guest Services and Security Manager in advance. (source)

Can you leave and come back in?

Once guests enter PeoplesBank Arena for an event, they are not allowed to leave and then return for that same event. (source)

Can you smoke at PeoplesBank Arena?

Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is not allowed anywhere in the PeoplesBank Arena, Veterans Memorial Coliseum or Exhibition Center, and will result in immediate ejection. (source)

Is PeoplesBank Arena cashless?

PeoplesBank Arena concessions are cashless. A Reverse ATM is available outside Section 107 and Section 124 for guests to deposit cash and receive a loaded card. (source)
