Is there accessible parking and entry at KFC Yum! Center?

The KFC Yum! Center is fully equipped with ADA accessibility entrances and seating. Guests who require hearing or vision assisted seating may contact the KFC Yum! Center Ticket Office at (502) 690-9090. Wheelchair/mobility accessible seating may be purchased in person at the box office or through Ticketmaster.com; if not purchased in advance, visit the Guest Relations window at the Box Office on arrival to exchange seats, subject to availability. The arena is certified Sensory Inclusive by KultureCity and provides sensory bags with noise-canceling headphones, fidget tools, verbal cue cards and weighted lap pads at the Fan Assistance booth, plus a sensory-friendly quiet space on the Main Concourse outside of Section 112.
