What are the tailgating rules at Hughes Stadium?

Tailgating at Morgan State is permitted only in designated parking lots starting four hours before kickoff, is not allowed in parking garages, follows a one car equals one parking space rule, and prohibits deep fryers or oil-based cooking and sound exceeding 65 decibels. (source)
