The ballpark is fully ADA accessible. Guests with disabilities can enter via the main gate, accessible parking spaces are marked in front of the ballpark in the half-circle drive and the main parking lot, and all restrooms are ADA friendly. Notify the box office at (828) 258-0428 when buying tickets if you need an accessible seat. A courtesy golf cart circles the adjacent parking lots to give fans who need assistance a ride to the front gate, and also runs after games on a first-come, first-served basis. (source)
