Dort Financial Center strongly recommends avoiding bags. For Flint Firebirds hockey events, only clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags not exceeding 12 in x 6 in x 12 in are allowed, including clear backpacks, fanny packs and cinch bags within those dimensions, plus a clutch purse per ticket holder. Diaper or medical bags smaller than 14 in x 14 in x 6 in are permitted after security inspection. All bags are searched and guests pass through metal detectors.

Weapons of any kind, including firearms, explosives, knives, pepper spray and mace, plus toy or fake weapons such as squirt guns. Laptop computers, cameras with interchangeable lenses, GoPros and video or sound recording devices. Drones without prior written approval. Laser pointers and similar optical devices. Aerosol cans such as hairspray, mace or pepper spray. Balloons, beach balls, footballs, frisbees and other projectiles. Baseball bats, hockey sticks, clubs, poles, selfie sticks and similar items.
