CU Events Center bag policy: bag size, banned items, food and water

Bags or containers larger than 12 in x 6 in x 12 in are prohibited. No bags are permitted, including backpacks and diaper bags, unless they meet the clear bag standard. Clutches and purses, with or without a handle or strap, must be no larger than 4.5 in x 6.5 in. One-gallon or smaller clear plastic zip bags are also allowed.

What items are banned at CU Events Center?

Bags including backpacks, diaper bags and other similar bags. Clutches and purses larger than approximately the size of a hand. Hard and soft-sided coolers of any size or style. Firearms or weapons of any type. Selfie or GoPro sticks, flags on poles, or similar objects. Fireworks, drones or laser pointers. Non-factory sealed beverages or filled liquid containers. Alcoholic beverages or illegal drugs. Glass or metal bottles or cans. Full size strollers. Umbrellas of any size. (source)

Can you bring food or water into CU Events Center?

Non-alcoholic beverages in approved factory-sealed plastic containers, 51 oz / 1.5 liters or smaller, and empty non-disposable plastic water bottles of the same size, are each permitted one per ticket holder. (source)
