Coca-Cola Coliseum is at Exhibition Place. GO Transit: take the Lakeshore West line to Exhibition GO station, one stop west of Union Station. TTC: from Bathurst Station take the 511 Bathurst streetcar, or from Union Station take the 509 Harbourfront streetcar, both transferring to the 509/511 replacement bus toward Lake Shore and Bathurst; from Dufferin Station take the 29 Dufferin bus south to Exhibition.

Where can you park for a game at Coca-Cola Coliseum?

There are over 5,000 parking spots available adjacent to Coca-Cola Coliseum, all operated by Exhibition Place and shared by all events on the grounds, so availability is not guaranteed and rates vary (around C$12 to C$15, higher during large events). Patrons needing accessible parking should use the surface lot directly outside the facility; there is no direct elevator access from the Enercare Centre underground parking. Coca-Cola Coliseum recommends public transit instead. (source)

Accessible parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in Exhibition Place Lot 3, southwest of the building.
